9.3. Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded minus any applicable administration or restocking fees.
10. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
10.1. Consumers have the right to cancel eligible online orders within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
